Introduction

Hi, I’m Moon (21+, they/he/it)! I’m a queer and transmasc (creature) hobbyist writer. When my brain allows it, I mostly write fanfiction and occasionally chip away at original works that have been haunting me. I currently live with my spouse and our two cats in the USA. I’m autistic, so I can be socially awkward and somewhat engrossed in my interests—my public journal is where I primarily ramble about fannish things and the like! Locked entries are more personal posts about my life or NSFW fannish thoughts. I typically give access to those who do the same for me, so let me know if you'd prefer me not to (or if you do want access)!

Ramble topics you can expect from me: writing, character shipping and headcanons (often with queer themes), video games, animanga, cosplay, and visual kei/j-rock. Overall, I’m particularly fond of JRPGs (especially Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy), BL, and idol mobages/anime. My favorite bands are Plastic Tree and DEZERT. 

I edit my main interests in this post as they change, but I also keep my profile updated with most of my fandoms/interests!

My current main interests are: FFVII and Genshin Impact.

Notes: I follow the motto "Ship and Let Ship" and don't mind dark fictional content. I don’t often discuss it, but I’d prefer you to avoid me if that is uncomfortable for you. Likewise, I prefer to only subscribe/give access to people who are 18+!

Those are all popular topics here. You might like Writing communities and for fandom see fandomcalendar. Definitely watch for snowflake_challenge coming in January, which is among the biggest events on DW.

Also, goals_on_dw has posts for Fannish 50 and arts and crafts challenges if you want to watch for things to follow.

Dreamwidth is very flexible. People use it for short-form, long-form, text, pictures, sharing videos, and so on. newcomers has links to some posts about how to use it in various ways.

Thank you!! I really feel that. Jyushi is probably my favorite character ever. I used to roleplay him (on other platforms) which is where this username came from lol.
